A bit of a search around reveals their company is registered in Tunbridge Wells. The contact number for that site is 01892 501090, according to Google. Give that a go and let us know if it is any use please.

A search of the database for either service force or the 0844 number in the OP reveals an unverified entry: :-?

I almost had to use this company with a fault with an AEG product, however for now it appears to be working.
