I want to contact Yours clothing regarding a refund they owe me.
Emails seem to be ignored.
The number on their website is 08448 204 204
I have searched this website, but can't find anything.
They actually do not advertise an address online

I have rung a couple, but they tell me I have to to dial the 08448 for online queries.
It's so annoying that companies charge the earth for us to ring them about something that isn't even our fault.
I get unlimited landline calls on my mobile, hence I always use this site to find alternative numbers.

I must say - you all do a brilliant job on this website!
Keep up the good work.

Any suggestions to find a landline number to replace the 0844 number?

Kept ringing stores until someone finally gave me Head Office reception,
and they transferred me to the Online Dept.   ;D

The calls didn't cost me a penny.   [smiley=cool.gif]

For the benefit of any future enquiries, Yours Clothing is a trading name of  SIZE UP CLOTHING STORES LTD based in Peterborough.

Either 01733 557118 or 01733 383890. Possibly one is for a distribution centre & one is the main office but not sure.

I had filled in dozens of those email messages, and just received evasive replies.
So have now instructed that all of my emails and messages be brought to the attention of Andrew Killingsworth.

I'm disabled, and rely on the internet.  When I have negative experiences with a company I wish there was a website
where I could Name and Shame them for the purpose of "customer awareness"  (sorry, went off track there)

Umm, oh yes, it's often the "obvious" that I overlook.
I'm going to do Google searches - and Name and Shame some major companies for their errors.
Hope I don't get booted from here for chatting about this as it isn't regarding phone numbers.

Yes I totally agree... I didn't realise this until after I placed my order.   ::)
When you click return an item, an address is given to you.
Apart from that, there is now way to produce an address on their website....seems very odd.   :o
I have told them very bluntly I will not be shopping with them again.   >:(

WOW - Just got a phone call from a manager - on behalf of the chairman - Very apologetic etc etc   ;D

The address is available on the Yours Clothing website in a number of places, although not on the contact page. Perhaps a friendly suggestion to them that they could make the address more prominent would achieve this.

I performed two simple steps to obtain the geographic number of the head office:

As the contact page didn't yield the address, I looked on the terms and conditions page. The first term states:


Quote:

1.1 In this Agreement, we are Size Up Clothing Stores Limited, 1184 Lincoln Road, Werrington, Peterborough, PE4 6LA and you are the person detailed on the Order Forms.

Then I went to BT Phonebook and them up:


Quote:

Size Up Clothing Stores Ltd Tel: (01733) 575780 1184 Lincoln Rd, Werrington, Peterborough, PE4 6LQ

I have listed this number in the database with a link to the page giving contact details for the stores.  :)
