I am currently producing a freelance radio documentary on the subject of 0871 telephone numbers.

As part of the piece I am looking to include a case study of someone who has incurred a large bill from phoning a single company with an 0871 number. You could be trying to sort out an ongoing tech support problem, have an airline complaint etc - and generated a large phone bill as a result.

The plan is to interview you over the phone having a good old moan about it - and then contact the company in question to get an official response from them. Hopefully also we'd be able to get some kind of a resolution for you.

The only snag is that I need to conduct the phone interview with you tomorrow (Thursday) morning as I have a studio slot booked.
