I have also removed the number 024 7629 3254 which was for the main switchboard and is now not recognised. The company is also a part of BISL (Budget Insurance Services Limited).

Option 4 on the 0844/024 numbers is for claims. The number published by Bennetts for claims is 0800 975 9166.

Dialling either 0844/024 number and selecting option 4 or calling the 0800 number gets through to the same claims menu which is operated by Minster Law in York. The alternatives to reach this are 01904 663615/616/650 and I have listed these with a note to say that they are claims only.
