I do not understand the notation 01/02/03 in the heading of the results table. Is this the date in February 2003 when the information was verified ?

The 01/02/03 column contains the number beginning 01 or 02 or 03 which is the alternative you are searching for to the 08 number.

Ditto mainbass' comments; "01 / 02 / 03" means numbers beginning 01, 02 or 03. Similarly "0870 / 0871" means 0870 or 0871 etc.
