Tried to look up for their address and stuff, but unfortunately couldn't find anything :( just know that they are like a recruitment company in Engineering sectors (not even sure if that's right in the first place)

I have looked on the website and cannot find an address for the company, terms and conditions page or company number. As samwsmith1 points out, the owner has decided to hide his real address on the Whois.  :-?

It claims a list of high-profile clients including the NHS and BT.

  The last two .co.uk on this list give the 59 Watermill Crescent address, the other two .co.uks have the registrant's address withheld as he is a "non-trading individual". All give Mark Warren as the registrant's name.
  
  
  Watermill Crescent is a residential street, and BT Phonebook lists a number for M Warren at number 59. It may be that the 0844 number goes through to his mobile or home number; based on the information I've found, I can only speculate. This is particularly as I've found no business address and the fact that the numbers for the recruitment companies and Low Cost Web Design are the same 0844 one.
