I had a search before I posted this and couldn't find anything for Dell UK.

I had to call their XPS Support line earlier, an used an unvarified number in the SNT0870 Database.

Just to say it worked, here are the details:

Alternative: 01344 373727            
Dept: XPS Premium Support - options 1, 2, 1, 2, 5

Thanks to SNT0870 I saved £3.10 (worked on the calc of 10p connection fee, plus 60 mins @ 5p per min)

Perhaps 01344 373727 is a useful number and is a suitable alternative for most or all types of enquiry with Dell.
