Was trying to buy something on the internet when the Verified by Visa system appeared. Tried to do as requested but it wouldn't accept what I was inputting so it blocked me.

Tried various listed numbers but they keep giving me an 0844 number, so can anybody give me an alternative to: 0844 8119152.

say's it's not open past 17.30

Could you tell us what numbers you tried and on what basis you chose those numbers to try? For example, did you ring your card issuer?

I tried several of the normal landline numbers quoted on the site here but kept getting referred to 0844 8119152.
