All they seem to be offering is 0844 8042373.   >:(
I have done a couple of database searches and can't find any posts relating to this Company.

We now know that this website is owned by SDY Ltd and a search of BT Phonebook for this company in NE11 returns 5 entries all at the 440 Dukesway address: (0191) 487 7413, 487 0913, 487 5153, 491 3276 and 491 5554. There are now entries for SDY in NE37.

I have found one entry in the database (unverified) which relates to this company:
