Please provide this sort of information; in this case it was easily found using the Store Locator on Carphone Warehouse's website.

I came across this PDF which says that Carphone Warehouse has been at this address since November 2000. It is part of the Metro Centre.

All pages I found about this branch have a 0870 number on except this one:

It gives telephone 0800 0491307 and fax: 020 7326 3989. Googling the 0800 number reveals pages that suggest that it is not just for this branch, and may well therefore be a general number. A fax machine answers the fax number.

Other than that, I suggest you call the head office, 020 8896 5000, and ask for the number from them.
