Does anyone knows alternative for 08448448026. Apparently Insura who deliver beds on behalf of sleepright or Carpetright. Alternative on this site is for next who say they are not related to sleepright. Need updates number please. Thanks.

A search of the database by number for 0844 844 8026 returns nothing. Please can you post the 01/02 number you called in question?

What other background information do you have on this company? What is the context of the call? What is the address of the company?  :-?

They deliver beds on behalf of Sleepright a sister company of Carpetright. They called me to arrange delivery so I was trying to contact them. There is no alternative number for this. However if this number is googled it shows as customer service of Carpetright for home delivery. I do not know any numbers and wanted to have 01/02 no. to call. Thanks and sorry I do not know alternatives.

Please can you post the number you said you dialled in the first post on which they said they were Next and could not help you?

In the first post, you said that the company delivering beds is called "Insura", but that is an insurance company: www.insura.com  :-/

Sleepright's terms and conditions makes reference to the 0844 number in question:

It goes on to give a geographic number: "At a shop; please contact the shop directly or call our Central Support Office Customer Service Team on 01708 802075 ." This I assume is at the Carpet Right head office as it is similar to the main switchboard number below. It also gives the online sales number as 0845 604 5618.

You could try ringing head office, although I wonder if the 0844 number is answered elsewhere, in which case they'll probably just give you the 0844 number.

Other than that, I'm at a loss as to what to try as we have no definate lead as to where calls are answered.  :-/

Thanks. Tried calling 01 number but kept on disconnecting. Fed up I called local carpetright who gave me 0844 number. As a last resort I called 0844 number, she said Insura but I can't find any of their details on Internet. Anyway after 15 minutes of wait bed delivery has been arranged. Bottomline is I could not find real alternative number to 0844.
I has entered this full 0844 number on say no to database, which has returned the number of next. They answered promptly but said deal with next only and not carpetright or sleepright. I will try to find alternative in coming days and will post here if any success.
