Judging by the postings on there, it looks like it started this May. If you find out who it is, please let us know as it may help others.

Have a read of those postings on Whocallsme; I've not read them.

All I can tell you is that the number prefix 0843 276 is allocated to Freedom Telecom Limited and costs 5 pence per call plus 5 pence per minute from a BT line.
