I keep getting a call from this number but it only rings for like 2 seconds then they end the call before I get chance to answer it. I get a call from them at least once a day. the number is 08433770119.

I think you will find that this number belongs to Sky.

As sherbert says, it suggests it could be Sky or a company calling on behalf of Sky.
