So we have a 0845 phone number, London fax number and Nottingham contact address. I wonder where calls to the 0845 number are answered.

I'm not sure what the statement "Our call centre handles overflow calls during busy periods and calls out of office hours." The bolding is as it appears on My Wardrobe's site. Perhaps they outsource to a call centre provider. Could that be where the 020 fax number goes?  :-/

I rang  both the numbers you suggested (020 7637 1056 and 020 7637 3376) but they just rang out.

By the way Gt Portland St is not in Camden but in Fitzrovia; the postcose for Camden is NW1 not W1W.

Looks like I will end up ringing the dreaded 0845 number as I need to contact them today! :(

In your inaugural posting you said that the company has bases in Northampton and Camden. Do you have addresses for these locations and can you post them? Also, where have you got this information from?
