Try e-mailing them at

and tell them you can not contact them on that number and ask for an alternative.

2008-09 catalogue (PDF) gives mobile: 07950 237118 fax: 020 8961 1381.

It's not out of the question that a 0845 number may route to a mobile. It is also possible that they might take voice calls on the number published for faxes.

Let me know how you get on. If there's a suitable alternative I will list it. :)
