I have the number for Swiss Home Shopping as 0871 384 1100 and the address is a PO Box address so not much help there.

Whilst a PO Box isn't a physical location, it may nonetheless be helpful. Indeed, all you've given is the 0871 number and the name "Swiss Home Shopping".

What other information do you have? Web address? Where do they sell? Is it a catalogue and or online shop or something else?
