Does anyone have a UK Phone number for uk.buy.com?

The only way they offer to accept communications on their website is via email so I don't have any premium numbers.

Information on where the UK operation (UK.Buy.com) is based appears sketchy. The terms and conditions page states:

The terms and conditions page on the Buy.com website for Germany says (translation courtesy of Google):

… The website is the property of Buy Europe Market Place Ltd, a company incorporated in Ireland with registration number 470 017, whose business is based in Ireland, (together with its affiliates, including, without limitation, Buy.com Inc. and BuyServices Inc., "Buy Europe Market Place "). …

Interestingly, despite apparently being based in Ireland, there appears to be no Buy.com site for Ireland.  :-?

A search of Eircom Phonebook for Buy Europe in Galway returns nothing.

I came across this page which gives information about Irish companies and this page is on Buy Europe Marketplace Ltd:

Note that the company number is as quoted on the German site and that it gives part of the registered address as Dublin 4.

However, this page goes further, giving the address as Barrow Street, 6th Floor South Bank House, Dublin 4. That's as far as it goes with this lead; I have been unable to locate a phone number for Buy Europe at this address.

I then went looking for a number for Mayoralty House in Galway and came straight across this item listing on eBay by seller buy_united_kingdom. It gives the Galway address with UK telephone number 020 3239 2891. It's quite possible that this isn't answered in the UK.

I also noted on your link that the e-mail address provided is identical to that in the T's and C's for Buy.com UK as featured on their site.

This would suggest the details are correct.

Lets hope the OP confirms the information.

I can confirm that the 020 3239 2891 number is the right one for them as I rang them today on this number about my order.

I just visited uk.buy.com and was told I needed to visit Play.com instead as they are not longer selling goods on uk.buy.com

As both Buy.com and Play.com are owned by the rakuten group I guess this makes sense.
