With such little information, it is extremely difficult. Please read the instructions, particularly the bit in blue.

Perhaps you can tell us (amongst other things) what the purpose of the phone number is, address and website. :-?

Following this find and the fact that a call to the 0845 numbers reveals that it is answered as the support department of "Practice Works Limited". Perhaps the OP will shed some light on this so we may be able to help.

Sorry i hadnt given u enough infomation.pls dont slaughter me.i am very new to this site.you were right...carestream dental provides software support for dental surgeries.so we have to contact them almost everyday for help.their postal add is

Hi drajitha, thanks for the follow-up information.

The contact page for Carestream gives the reception number as 01438 245000 and fax is the one after it, 245001. I think that it's a case of looking and seeing what can be found. It's always useful to call the 08 number to see how it answers (hence what you're looking for on the alternative).

Starting at 245000 and working upwards, 01438 245025 is the support IVR (menu), just the same ringing the 0845 number. I have listed this in the database.

The IVR has four options, of which 1, 3 and 4 go to the same sounding voicemail which is on 245011. Option 2 goes to the same sounding voicemail as is on the reception number (245000). We can't be sure that these are actually the direct numbers for the options on the IVR; only a try during working hours would help suggest whether they are or not.

Anyway, as we now have the 01 alternative to the 0845 number, there is little need to list these.
