I understand that this number goes through to a different team (or geographic number) depending on where the caller is ringing from. I also am lead to believe that the Luton office deals with many areas.

Two numbers for Luton office are 01582 585522 and 587000. Both answer with the same recording when closed which say that they are the head office for "Arriva The Shires and Essex".

Another unverified entry suggests that 01582 585610 is for Arriva North East.

Perhaps members could try and see if they deal with their area on these numbers and report back by posting on this thread whether that is the case or not (including what area you're in). That way we can update the listings. :)
