Also may be under a Ian McDermott but I don't have the address.

Is that any good?

I put bishopswood hospital into Google and the first link that popped up was the company's own webpage for the said hospital:

So it's a private hospital run by BMI Healthcare. On that page it gives only geographic numbers:

I would like to list this 0844 561 7151 number in the database with a suitable alternative and ask your assistance. What type of enquiry (department) is it for? And where is it published? Is it direct to Bishops Wood Hospital or to a BMI call centre somewhere?

If you can shed some light on this, then I will hopefully be able to list it with a suitable alternative.

I think the 0844 number is for appoinments with consultants. I did have the numbers you have given, thank you anyway. When I called the 01923 numbers it went through to a call centre in Glasgow and they asked me to call the 0844 number, they would not put me through. thanks for your help.

I would contact head office and insist that they either transfer the call or give you an alternative 01/02 number. Insist that you cannot contact the call centre because 0845 numbers are barred from your phone.
