It is "non-charge" as it's a freephone number. ::)
I note you have posted two other requests for help and have been asked subsequent questions which you have chosen not to respond to. If you aren't prepared to answer questions from those you are seeking help from, then please don't continue to ask for help. |

As has been mentioned previously, the dial-through geographical numbers for use from mobiles are 020 0222 0900 and 020 0222 0700. Using one of these will allow calls to 0800/0808/0500 so-called "freephone" numbers. Charges will be as geographical calls, thus will often reduce the cost from mobiles.

You dial one of the numbers I gave, wait for the prompt and then dial the 0800 number

Firstly, the 020 0222 0900 dial through number will work for all so-called "freephone" numbers (which begin 0800, 0808 and 0500). You dial the 02002220900 number and press Off Hook (sometimes a green button). Then when it answers, it will prompt you for the destination freephone number which you enter. Don't press Off Hook again else it may treat this as a separate call. If you wish to store 0800 numbers in your memory, directed via the 020 number, then you will need to put a pause in. For example: 02002220900p08000565265 In this example I use a 'p' to signify pause. The letter used on the display and method of entering it will vary depending on the handset you have. |

The 020 number is a geographic (landline) number, so it will cost you the price of a landline call. If you have inclusive minutes available, it will come from them. |
