In true rip-off fashion, Arcadia Group's contact page gives only 084 numbers, complete with the "local rate" lie.

The main switchboard is 0844 243 0000 and stores' customer services are:

Searching the database number 0845 number for these Store Customer Services numbers returns:

• Unverified:
  Arcadia Group Ltd             0845 121 4516       020 7636 8040             Customer services for Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Outfit, Miss Selfridge, Topshop, Topman and Wallis
  020 7636 8040 is now not recognised so I've removed the entry.
  
  
• Outfit's 0845 121 4518 number returns the Santander store cards number.

BHS is to be integrated in to Arcadia and its published customer services number is 0845 196 0000 and the alternative we listed was 020 7262 3288 which was apparently for head office. This now goes to a network based number change redirection message to Arcadia's main switchboard number, 0844 243 0000. I've therefore removed this 020 number from the database.

Hello I can confirm the number for British Home Stores (BHS) 020 7788 9800 for 0845 196 0000 does work called numerous times today.
Even overcomes the issues BHS had with the 0845 today.

The number 0207788980 in the database for Miss selfridge and other shops under the Arcadia group is incorrect. Does anyone have a different number to contact their customer care for online orders?

I have joined your thread on to the end of the existing one for Arcadia online orders.

By the way, the number you have quoted is one digit short and is in fact 020 7788 9800.

It goes through to what sounds like dial tone, even during office hours. I have removed entries until we locate another working number.
