Thanks for posting this. These numbers were verified as Go North East. However, 0191 232 3123 is for the main switchboard of Go-Ahead Group and there is a direct alternative.

Two numbers were unverified and they are customer services and exact match to the 0845 number. They are 420 5050 and 460 5144 and I've made the first of these the main alternative with the other one and the switchboard in the Other Info field.

This 01924 number is answered by a recording saying that the Arriva Yorkshire Customer Services number has been changed to the 0844 number.

The main switchboard for the Arriva Yorkshire offices is listed in the database and is 01924 231300.

I am given to understand that 0844 800 4411 is the customer services number which is published by Arriva Bus in all areas and that customer service calls are (or are being moved to) Luton. I started a thread on this here.
