Thus far, I have found the following:

The page on NHS Choices for this surgery is:

It gives voice telephone 0844 477 3222 and fax number 0844 477 3221. There are apparently two practice managers: Ms GE Law and Ms M Brookes.

This posting in our forum in 2007 of a newspaper report makes reference to your surgery:

So now we know the practice manager's first name.

The practice code is C82065, so e-mail addresses are likely to end @gp-C82065.nhs.uk.

Google finds only one trace of such an e-mail address posted online and that is of Dr Kevin Newley: kp.newley@gp-c82065.nhs.uk

I've tried search connotations in Google, with the 0116 code and these bits of information, and come up with no clues as to what numbers they use.  :-/
