I added an entry for Hollywood Bowl Crawley to the database a few weeks ago - I have used this number successfully a few times to contact them so I'm not sure when it becomes verified - does somebody else have to try it?

I have verified this entry.

Post in the forum like this about numbers that work and I will promote them to the verified listings. Likewise, let us know about numbers that don't work (say in what way they don't work) so they can be removed.

I've been through the rest of the numbers we had for Hollywood Bowl (all unverified) and, surprise surprise, all but one have network redirection messages to the rip-off 0844 numbers. I have posted those entries here for the record:

In a few cases (including Crawley) I checked BT Phonebook and found that the old 01/02 number was listed along with the new 0844 number.

The only possible working number (other than the one supplied by the OP for Crawley) is the one for Stevenage: 01438 743430 This rings and remains unverified.
