Can i request to have a alternate number to 0870 270 9032 which is the SKY LG offer helpline number.

I'll just have a look in my crystal ball..... ::)

I've put together instructions which suggest the sort of information that might help track numbers down. I don't have a special formula to work out alternatives.

Providing no information means that others (those who you are asking for help) must do the spadework, thereby spending more of their time.

So what information do you have? What have you done to locate an alternative?

I have tried to search on google and this website but nothing.... i do not have any more information on this..... i do not know if this is sufficient information for you to locate the alternate numbers... sorry.....

Thanks, that's much better. I'm using tools on the internet, notably Google and not something special.

We now have an address to work with, albeit a PO Box and not a physical address.

My suspicions are that this promotion is run by a third party that specialises in this sort of thing, so it would be pointless ringing LG or Sky directly.

As it's a PO Box, let's see what other promotions use it. Put the PO Box and postal district of the postcode into Google: "po box 7629" "ng18"

The results reveal that it has (or is) used for other promotions as well as this Sky/LG one. The Littlest Pet Shop (part of Hasbro) has a promotion which uses it. Also WWE Royal Rumble 2009.

We need to find the name of this company.

Thanks mainbass. I've been looking by putting various search terms into Google. Sometimes these companies mention their clients on their websites, but I found nothing in this case.
