Yesterday Orange dropped the price of calling 0800, 0808, 0500, 0845 and 0870 numbers from its pay as you go and pay monthly mobile services:

0845/0870 40ppm 12ppm

A minimum charge equal to the cost of one minute applies to all these types of call.
