It is now over a year since they introduced this and for those like me who have to pay a supplement they have to contact UK Insurance, The Wharfe, Neville Street, Leeds. LS1 4AZ on an 0845 number.

The registered company number for UK Ins is 1179980 if this helps.

The free number on this site when rung simply gives you 0845 numbers.

I have tried to find a geographical number for them but have failed.

Any ideas?

Please can you provide the 0845 number in question. This is so it can be listed with a suitable alternative when one is found.

The main switchboard for UKI is 0113 390 4000 and it is listed as the alternative for many insurance brands operated by it.

Being a Nationwide customer, I checked on their site

the number is: 0845 246 1692 or 1696 for a claim.
