Hi,

I couldnt find the alternative nu mber form Ciba Vision 0871 3760017. Anyone else had any luck with it?

Well according to this they have a base in Southampton and the contact number is: 01489 785 580.

I would suggest trying that and seeing where it gets you.

Oh any perhaps you would be kind enough to let us know?

Apologies for delay in replying as internet has been down! Thanks for your help. I think they farm out their offers/rewards to a 0845 number. Problem now resolved.
