I remember coming across these numbers in the database a few weeks ago. They consisted of the main 0845 601 2692 number with alternatives for named staff members which I decided to remove

The alternative to the 0845 number (which answers with an IVR or automated menu) was either listed or was easy to find (I can't remember which). Anyway, its alternative is 0151 650 4800 and I thus made this verified with a note to say that it is answered in the same way as the 0845 number.
