I needed to speak to their maturities dept & their 0800 634 7478 number is answered by a lengthy "voice recognition" menu.
I gave up on that & used 0131 246 1484 in the unverified listing. It works fine &, after a couple of minutes wait, gets straight through to a very helpful human. Result! |
