0n page 32 of todays' Sunday Post (entertainment supplement) there is a prize competition inviting readers to call 0871 230 2691 with the answer! it says calls cost 18 ppm from a BT landline! Is there an 8pence connection charge as I am sure the maximum allowed is 10 ppm

It states 'CALLS LAST 1 MIN & COST 18P PER MIN FROM A BT LANDLINE' So that doesn,t add up!
