As it's not been given by the OP, I then went looking for the STD code applicable to this address. I put the post code into Google and came across these pages:

  which gives telephone number 01737 551869

  which gives telephone number 01737 553393 and says that the practice manager's name is Richard Frier. There is no date.

Armed with that information, I Googled "richard frier" "01737" (with quotes included as shown) and this page is a job advert placed on the BMJ's website only last month:

At the bottom, it says:

I repeat that I drew up some guidance (link above) on locating the geographic number for a surgery having located a staff member's number. Perhaps someone else can take these pieces of information I have gathered, in particular Mr Frier's direct number, seeing if the proper main number for the surgery can be found.
