Can any one please suggest alternative number for Insurance2go? Couldn't really find its alternative number any where on the internet...

insurance2go is a insurance provider. I want to make a claim hence I would like the alternative number rather than premium 844 number. I could not find the number at say no to 870. This site has been really useful for me since the past. I would just like to thank all of you for the joint effort you have been taking to keep this site up and running and with all the updates. So a BIG thanx. The Address of the insurance company is as follows
Insurance 2 Go, PO Box 116, Ryde, PO33 2WX
Their Premium number is 0844 576 2277
Hope this information is enough. If not just let me know or else you can go through the below mentioned site

From the e-mail address on the contact page it appears to go to a company called City Main - http://www.citymain.com/co/18340

I Googled them and the Post Code given on the page as well.

Edit: typing CityMain into the SNT0870 database brings up a number of entries for City Main Administrators LTD.

You could try them...

Edit two: The number format 0844 576 XXXX matches that of CityMain.

The contact page also gives another address (albeit a PO box) for sales:

Insurance 2 Go, Po Box 65951, London, SW18 9FY.

However, the e-mail address for admin (and claims) is at the citymain.com domain.... A clue maybe?  :-?

I then searched the forum for the first part of the post code of the Ryde PO Box 116 which is PO33. This threw up two other threads on the same PO Box:

• Reassure Mobile Phone Insurance (from 2005)
  
• Citymain Administrators Ltd

I then called the 0844 576 2277 to see how it answered. It was answered immediately with a recorded female voice which said that it is the Insurance2Go Claim Line and that calls are handled by Citymain Administrators Limited.

So we have three different pointers to Citymain Administrators!

A look in our database for citymain returns several entries and a call to 01983 618300 greeted me with the same female voice and she identified it as Citymain Administrators.

Also in the listings are other numbers that start 0844 576 2xxx which suggests that the 0844 number in question could well have been setup by the same company.

I have added an entry to the database for Insurance2go.co.uk 0844 576 2277 with alternative 01983 618300.

Somehow I doubt dimitri will return to offer any thanks for all your efforts Dave.

Thank-You Dave and CJT-80 for the efforts. Making a claim looks perhaps much more easier now. Heinz, I would definitely thank Forum moderator Dave and CJT-80 for their efforts. I am afraid I could not log in earlier. Many thanx, You made life a bit more easier. 

Dave if you can also add number for 3 services uk to the database. Presently their premium number is 0843 373 333. But the same premium number can also be reached at 07782 333 333. You may verify it.

This site is all about everyone helping by inputting information to make it better. If you can help in any way, then it will be much appreciated. If you come across numbers that don't work in the database, let us know in the forum (via the Requests section; saying in what way they don't work, e.g. rings unanswered, always busy etc). Also, unverified numbers (those in the table with the blue background) that work and can therefore be verified. In some cases, companies change 08 numbers and entries need updating or extra numbers adding.

If you find alternatives that aren't listed, then let us know through the forum and I or one of my colleagues will add it to the listings. On the subject of mobile operator Three, the number 07782 333 333 is listed in the right-hand "Other Information" column of the respective entry. In addition to this number, we have a number of different types of alternative numbers for 3 customer services. Notably a geographic number is 01442 456050, or your can ring for free from a 3 mobile on 333 or free from a landline on the sales number, 0800 3586796, and selecting option 2.

After over 2 years since this was last talked about, I felt it was right to let you know I have found out Insurance2Go now use an 033 number for their claims and customer service.

The number is: 0333 999 7905
