I want to call a company but their 0845 number is quite a toll to my mobile phone as I will be on the phone discussing a problem for a good dozen of minutes.

The company is a high photographic equipment distributor. Company name is "UKphotodistro Limited".

Nature of my call is for customer service.

"Head Office" at 13 Orchard Avenue is a semi-detached house. Perhaps this is merely a registered address and not where the business is operated from.

Googling this PO Box and post code returns a number of pages that refer to a number of companies.

So would it be wise good to call their or his/her 07 number? which I'm sure is a mobile number.

I'm pretty sure that the main address is the one I originally provided. I've got an old packet replacement from them that says the same exact address details and number. I could be wrong..

It is a possibility that the 0845 number goes straight through to the mobile or that it is delivered directly to the office over the internet (VoIP).

Just to clarify,

That 07 number worked. Got through to a spokesman. Not sure if it directed me or not but it works fine.

Would this mean the details and number will be add to the database?

If a number doesn't work, say why e.g. not recognised, always busy, rings unanswered etc.
