Since returning home after a period at a sick relative's over the last two months I have experienced issues with problems using 18185 over the last couple of weeks.
On several occasions I was told the service was not current not available when dialling the 18185 code and then a couple of days later I was being repeatedly cut off a few minutes in to daytime calls dialled with 18185. This has not been happening with evening or weekend calls using my free minutes with Post Office Homephone. I don't know what the problems are at present with Finarea's calling brands and if they are purely technical or if various suppliers are denying them access to services because they have become unsolvent? The latter would not be surprising given the huge amount of business that the massive per call BT connection charge (along with ever cheaper anytime call plan alternatives propped up by an ever more exorbitant fixed line rental cost that you cannot avoid) must have cost Finarea in the UK. |
