Much as I am loathed to do the legwork for you, I did..

the website is : http://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/ - The requested number is the main contact number, I checked further through the site, and found they are called Cycle Scheme Ltd and are based in Bath.

I Googled Cycle Scheme Bath and got this: http://www.kirklees.gov.uk/transport/kbug/pdf/kirklees-cycle-voucher.pdf from Kirklees Council, which gives a number of: 01225 44893 and an e-mail address: info@cyclescheme.co.uk

PLEASE let us know if this number works, it helps this site to help others like you.

I might recommend e-mailing them today or tomorrow and asking for a NON 0844 number.

01225 448933 is now NU. Still searching. apparently they have an international access 01225 number, but I called after the main office had gone home.

Nothing shocks me with this company.

I have tried a search for Cyclescheme 01225 but it only provides the old number. Their site which lists the 0844 number incorrectly advises: Please be advised that all telephone calls are charged at the national rate for BT Landlines. Costs from mobile phones and some operators may vary. All calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes. There are no longer calls charged at "National" rates.. when will people learn!

Clearly anyone who uses this company, are not only advised to e-mail them, but to point out their factual mistakes.
