Web Site: www.multitrip.com Medical screening number: 0844 871 6188 They are part of Blue insurance, as is Great Cover (www.greatcover.com) whose line is 01454 643 422. I've tried that but they say they aren't screening for multitrip. Another company of blue insurance (www.blueinsurance.co.uk) is annual insurance (www.annualtravelinsurance.com) whose screening line is 0844 888 5012. I've found Multitrip on http://www.confused.com/travel-insurance/providers/multitrip-com which shows an owner of OSG Claims in Belfast (Blue Insurance also have a heavy Irish presence). A claims number of 020 7581 6444 is given, however unlikely to be for medical screening.
A Cardiff number was also found in Blue Insurance's documents, however is the emergency from abroad number so would not recommend this is used. Googling OSG health screening finds a page at http://toptravelinsurance.com/faqs%20page.htm which provides a UK & IRE address - the UK address is C/O Miller International. Their website http://www.millerint.com/ gives a number of 0207 977 7080 (possibly switchboard) - please try and let us know how you go on. |

Blue Insurances Limited (plural "Insurances") operates a number of websites in the UK and Ireland. Its website is www.blueinsurance.co.uk (singular "insurance").
I Googled the number 01454 643422 to see how it is connected to this company as it is near Bristol whereas the UK address for Blue Insurances is Cardiff. It is given as the medical screening number on a number of websites and identified as apparently belonging to "Health Check". The number before it is given for emergency assistance. The UK office for Blue Insurances is: Suffolk House Trade Street Cardiff CF10 5DT The Ireland address is: Plaza 212 Blanchardstown Corporate Park Blanchardstown Dublin 15 There are ("were" now as I've removed them) two unverified entries in our database with the same alternative, 029 2046 8793, which is a Cardiff number. They are given for GreatCover.com and Multitrip.com. It answers as "The emergency medical assistance service". I tried nearby numbers including 2046 8790 which says it is "Global Response". I came across Global Response Limited which is based in Cardiff (although not at the above address) and it says that it specialises in "emergency medical assistance and logistical support to travel insurance policy holders". I called the main number for Multitrip.com which is 0844 871 6181 which is different to the medical screening number quoted above. It is answered by an Irish lady which got me thinking that this might be answered in Dublin. Blue Insurances uses 0818 numbers in Ireland which are roughly the equivalent of UK 0844 numbers. However, this page of the Irish website gives geographic telephone number 01 247 8925 which is answered by a recording by the same female lady as on the Multitrip.com 0844 number! I then tried subsequent numbers and found that they belong to the various websites operated by Blue Insurances, including Multitrip.com. Alternatives for customer services and general enquiries are as follows:
Claims Claims (and medical screening) seems to be dealt with by outside companies and which the company varies depending on the policy.

Medical Screening
The medical screening for AnnualTravelInsurance.com and Multitrip.com are given as 0844 888 5012 and 0844 871 6188 respectively. Both policies refer to their medical screening numbers as "Health Check" which is operated by MAPFRE. The 01454 numbers are for MAPFRE Abraxas in Almondsbury. There are four policy documents:
Firstly, for AnnualTravelInsurance.com the emergency helplines are operated by MAPFRE Assistance with local phone numbers for respective countries being provided. The 0844 and 0818 medical screening numbers answer identically and this matches the message on Multitrip.com Ireland's number, +353 91 560636. The recording is voiced by an English female. Curiously, this "closed" message is the same as is on 01454 643422, albeit that there is quite a silence before a momentary burst of ringing which makes me think that it is diverted (perhaps to Ireland). Multitrip.com UK's 0844 871 6188 medical screening number is answered by an IVR (menu): 1. For new quotations or policies issued after 1st January 2011 2. For policies issued before 1st January 2011. Selecting either goes through to the same "closed" message as is on +353 91 560636. I think that it's worth trying the Galway, Ireland number for medical screening: +353 91 560636. The same message is also on 560641 and 560623. Please let us know how you get on. I've added most of these to the database (do a search for blue insurances). The medical screening ones for AnnualTravelInsurance.com and Multitrip.com I would like feedback on before I go ahead. If it does turn out that these medical 0844 numbers are answered in Ireland, then there is a pattern with all Blue Insurances' numbers in that those that have non-geographic numbers route straight to Ireland, whereas for those that don't, UK geographic numbers are provided. Oh, and there are a few numbers still to find:
