Hello, not sure how to update the numbers in the main search website, but I have been having problems trying to get through to Direct Line car insurance claims department as my mobile phone will charge me if I use 0845 numbers.

Thought others would like to know that you can get put through to the right department using - 0113 390 5300

Thanks for this. What's the 0845 number you have been given for motor claims?

I have come to add this and found that there are one three verified entries relating to Direct Line..... Where have they all gone? :-?

Tried to get through to direct line on behalf of a friend using the number given on the saynoto0870 website. Got an answering machine saying the number had been discontinued.
I used the premium number, complained to the guy. He phoned my friend who renewed her insurance without having to pay for the call.
Be nice to have a non-premium number.
