Silly me - like a wolly I have given you the same number, what I would do is fill out the contact form and request a call back. Let them know that you are a mobile caller and request the alternative 01/02 number.
Sorry for the first idiotic message - Der!!!! |

Use the 0800 number via one of the dial-through 020 numbers below so it becomes a call to an 02 number. 020 0222 0700 or 020 0222 0900 (one or other will work on whichever mobile network you are on). |

As explained by Heinz, there are dial through numbers for "freephone" numbers to get around their premium charges by mobile operators.
As for a direct alternative, the biggest question which might be a clue is which company actually runs Sainsbury's Energy? I'd be surprised if it's not one of the big providers. Which ever it is, I'd say that the trick is to look for an alternative for the energy provider in question and you might find this in our database by looking under that company's name. When you do find an alternative, please let me know and I will add it to the listings. Please also let me know which provider is behind Sainsbury's Energy. |

There is (or "was" as I've now removed it) an entry in the database for Sainsbury's Energy which says "by EDF Energy":
Sainsburys Energy 0191 522 1109 0800 0511646 Customer service options Also: 0800 051 1655 by EDF Energy The Terms & Conditions says: Quote:
There was also another entry which I've now removed: Scottish Power 0845 272 7070 0141 568 6806 Customer services; also for Sainsburys Energy |
