I would like to know the phone number from Council tax, benefit to apply for. The number is 08453003352 and i would like to get 01749....

See this thread from two years ago: Mendip's new covert 0845 tax for ringing about tax

This explains that the Council's council tax operation was moved to Coventry two years ago at which point the 0845 number was introduced. Hence there probably isn't a 01749 number for it.
