No alternative to 0845? As at 12/3/2012 0845 604 6207 (advised by Lost Cards department) has been cancelled & is now 0845 604 5494. Long queue, then told there's no free or 01 number. However if asked, they will offer to ring you back.

Hi & welcome to Sayno.

If you call 01422 377 609 you should get through to same destination as the 0845 no.
I believe this number is for callers from overseas so remember to dial 141 before the number to withold yours.
