It would appear that the number for new business accounts, 0800 7834745, has an option to speak about an account that is already open. Also, the 0845 number simply requests one's account number, just as the personal accounts 0845 number does and its alternative is 01695 53760. Perhaps you can try this and see how you go and then let me know either way so I can list it (or not as the case may be).

I imagine that once you've entered your account number it will recognise what type you have (business or personal) and therefore give you options accordingly.
