its the new uk helpline number for disabled blue badge applications my nwife has done this on line and allready its lost here in cyder space so back to snail mail that worked well thanks for the help

This new rip-off helpline came to our attention on the last day of last year. This was a discussion about the introduction of the new number and not specifically about an alternative.

However, we did establish that it is operated by Northgate Information Solutions.

Good afternoon dad2711. What specifically does your Wife need to contact them about? My Mum has successfully applied for a new Blue Badge, and all the communication was done with our local County Council.  Perhaps you Wife could contact your local county council/council Blue Badge team as opposed to calling the 0844 number.

Which area are you based in?

I applied to my local council which dealt with my application within two weeks
