I was talking to this girl on the phone about glow worm bolier, she gave me this number to get help on the bolier.  That number is 08447360059.

The numbers at http://www.glow-worm.co.uk/contact-us/contact-us-online/ all seem to be regular geographic ones and there is also a web form you can complete to book a service call without needing to telephone them.

I don't know if you are talking about www.heatcaresouth.co.uk who at one stage seemed to hold the main service contract for Glow Worm boilers but that no longer seems to be the case.  They seem to use an 0845 number.

Oddly Google does not seem to find any useful trace of this 0844 number other than your own recent posts on this website.
