Thanks for the suggestion. Tried that number and got a continuous tone - unobtainable. :(. Have to visit the place next week, will keep my eyes peeled, for any clues.

I put together a guide on these phone systems which gives some ideas for finding clues.

I had a look around and couldn't find a published fax number. This might be a clue as to the numbers they use, if it is a 01708 number.

Western Road Medical Centre which is next door uses the same type of 0844 number. Its alternative is 01708 775300, but I'd be surprised if the systems turn out to be linked (i.e. one phone system between the two).

I visited this place yesterday, and had a good look for any possible clues to a geographical number. I did not manage to find one.

I guess I will have to resort to e-mail at wrdpinfo@yahoo.co.uk

They are now publishing 01708 203146 on their paperwork as well as the 0844 number. Haven't tried it yet.
