The premium number is 0845 915 7006, I searched this and it gave me the landline number:  0191 225 7006. I tried phoning it and it says number rejected? :-/

I tried this number withholding my number and not withholding my number and both times got through to an agent straight away.

Are you sure that you dialled the correct number?  :-?
