An elderly relative of mine has a TalkTalk account and in the last 2 months has calls listed to 2 such numbers labelled PREMIUM RATE PO. Does anyone know what this label refers to? The lady in question has no recollection of 'phoning the numbers and is puzzled to have calls costing £11.93 to 0906 1581631 and £5.19 to 0906 1581646.

Checking  them out on the Phone Pay Plus Number checker. They both are supplied by same outfit but doesnt say what they are used for. Possibly prize draws.
