Hello , Does anyone know a alternative number for 08433571553. It is the number for Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire non urgent hospital transport. Many thanks

The only problem that's the medical centres new alternative number not the the new transport service.

That link suggest's NSL Care Services have taken over the contract. Therefore it maybe worth contacting them.. According to the contact page their number is: 01743 465565

NSL also provides transport in South Staffordshire for which the number is 0333 240 0265. I wonder if they are all dealt with at the same place and so, whether this number will be a suitable alternative for Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire. :-?

Yet another case of when a poster comes on here asking for help and does not come back to see what the answers are that we have taken time and trouble to find out.

One has to wonder why people come here asking for help in the first place >:( ::)

I tried both numbers, as I'm trying to contact the Lincs branch but neither even had the original number for the branch never mind an alternative one.

I would in that case recommend getting in touch directly with NSL here which is the Patient Experience website, and asking them WHY they have only an 0843 number and WHEN they intend to change it.

I would also suggest contacting Linconshire PALS though I would use their e-mail address and NOT the 0845 number they have listed....

It would seem NSL aren't the only ones using expensive numbers!!
