These end up with an automated service, so I am unable to talk to a human about a parcel, which should have been re-delivered a week ago. Needless to say, I cannot get any joy of their "customer service" either.

I went to Google and typed in "po21 1rg" "01243" and the second result on the first page gave the Royal Mail Bognor Regis Delivery Office as (01243) 823380.

Please try this and let us know how you get on. If it works, then I will list it for others to use. If it doesn't, then this will be helpful as then others won't try it (knowing why it doesn't work is also useful).
